If you have purchased a CD from us, and that CD is upgraded, you will be able to purchase the new, upgraded replacement CD under the following terms:

If the single CD of a title is upgraded, you will be able to purchase the new upgraded version for half of the current price.

If the entire series of a multiple CD Set is upgraded, you will be offered FULL CREDIT of the price you paid toward the purchase of the ENTIRE SET of the upgraded title.

Due to the low cost of DVD's, this guarantee will NOT APPLY to the purchase of OTR DVD's.

In the event that an additional CD is added to a title, without modifying the original CD or CD's, this upgrade would be treated as a new product rather than an upgrade.  There would be no credit available for the purchase of this item.  

We will make every effort to contact past buyers that are eligible.  However, application for this credit is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  No responsibility or liability can be assumed by OTRTODAY for the failure by the buyer to request this option.

To request this credit, simply email us with the title you purchased and the date that it was purchased.  We will reply with ordering information.

NOTE:
This Update Guarantee will only apply to Regular Catalog CD's 
- ie, it is not applicable to the Custom CD's & DVD's  made in either the Short Series CD's or to the Custom Mix & Match DVD's.
